V 0.3.5 Notification cycling. And asking for feedback of possible modders

Version 0.3.5

• Now the player can cycle through notifications in the notification screen. (I am studying giving icons/signal for notifications that is the first time you are seeing and maybe which notification it is in the list)

As you might know the game is build to be modder friendly... With that said... I am planning to implement a tool for the team usage to simplify adding/removing/editing missions, events, races, etc.

Since I will be working on it i am considering making it a ingame tool, that you can access in the menu, so modders have an easier time modding the game. So if you are interested in modding the game please join the discord and contact me, your feedback will help a lot.
